National lab visit to spur interest in science careers
Holland — More than 20 female high school students and nine female science teacher chaperones from Holland Christian, Saugatuck, West Ottawa and Zeeland West high schools will attend the Argonne National Laboratory’s 2012 Science Careers in Search of Women Conference today.
The conference provides high school girls an opportunity to explore options for careers in the science and technology fields. The laboratory is on the southwest side of Chicago.
